THORNS - Work stress causing sleep problems. Humid weather having negative impacts on running, but that's par for the course here in Bama.
ROSES - Back is getting better. After 10 days off from any exercise, I am running and doing resistance training with weight again - although I am using extreme caution on squats, deads, and rows or anything else that might re-ding the back. Had a good, but short, beach vacation with the family and even did a 6-mile run in the sand and surf barefoot (which left me with some blisters for a couple of days but it was fun!
