My weight has always been up and down. I was once 200lbs gained it fast and well lost it fast...........about 6 years ago.
The last 2 years my weight has been about 131-134 lbs
Starting in March on my "diet" I was 131.6lbs w/ up and downs unil end April.
May 1st: 131.4 lbs
June 1st: 128lbs
NOW: 125.6 lbs
LOST 6 lbs
What did I do different from March-April : May-now:
1. Actually eating at 11xbw.......consistantly
2. training the same but with lower vol
3. Eating more intuitvely..........yet at a defecit!
* btw had a diet break for 11 days in June and my 1st cheat meal 2 weeks ago.............still losing so far!!!!!
