Default The Music Proteins Make

Some really curious things turn out to be genetically determined/. One is the ability to roll your tongue. My wife and my sons can, but I cannot. Another is the relative length of the second and the big toe: my second toe is longer. Then there's the ability to taste the chemical compound PTC. It depends on inheriting a particular protein called TAS2R38.
