Roses-Still here. Did NROL FL-1B today and grabbed the 20 lb DB's for the dreaded BSS's. After 12 reps on each leg I was sucking wind bigtime and wondering what the heck was wrong. I struggled over to the rack and set the DB's down and realized I had 30 lbs. I did 12 reps each leg with 60 lbs. I backed down to 25 lb DB's for my next 2 sets but was pretty happy with my progress.

Thorns- The 5k I was going to run for my competition goal was cancelled and rescheduled for Aug. 26th. I doubt I'll find another one. Bad weekend again only got 1/4 NG's. Missed Mass this weekend. It's all falling apart but I'll just keep plugging away.
