I can certainly say that it wasn't quite the "ease-in" that I had thought it would be....after all, it's ONLY level 1....right?. However, I was able work into it without too much difficulty beyond what seems normal when I keep pushing myself to add weight, so it seems like it was a good move.

I've been using the TT bodyweight workouts when I travel, and I do like them. That's what made me think about trying others.
