Why not do the TNT workout that comes with the TNT Diet?
Then just go back to FL1 again, if you liked it. It might be fun to see how far you've come, strengthwise.
If you're looking for variety, then you could switch to Turbulence Training. CB writes good programs that are always "fun" to do.
