I was thinking about this last night and there are many ways to approach this. My first thoughts might be something like this. Take a week off. I know you said you took a day or two between programs but the programs you did are pretty intense Cosgrove's at least. During that week begin TNT Diet plan A. Ditch all of the supplements except for protein powder (for convenience), Fish Oil, and multi-vitamin. Save your money to buy food.

Consider for your next program something like Craig Ballantyne's Turbulence Training - body weight or dumbbell fusion.
