Jim:

Thanks. I am honest because:
1. I can't lie worth a damn and
2. It's waaaay too hard to keep track of lies
3. Most people get enough BS in the diet books. They don't need it from me.

I participated in a 3K walk. If I remember my time correctly, was it was 36:18 - Not the fastest time and not the slowest - Definitely middle of the walking pack. It was wicked humid this morning (we've had more rain/thunderstorms all afternoon) and while I did this activity, it's probably been the least favorite of all the things I've done/tried over the last 6 months. I'm not a big fan of crowds or cardio. I'll do cardio at this point, but I don't particularly care for it. I am glad I did it so that I know that this is not something that I would probably do again on my own.

This race seemed a bit better organized in getting information out to the people that registered than the first attempt I made at participating in a 5K walk.
