correct on the progression, and before break-in i did the men's health homegrown muscle phase I. the problem is through all of that and better eating and more activity, i'm not losing pounds, and i get grilled every time i complain about that, because i am losing a lot of inches, and pushing a lot more wt then when i started, but i weigh 250-255, and have since i starteed this four or so months ago, and at 5'10", i konw 250 pounds is not an ideal body weight, so, i'm making all these body transformations, but my over all mass is the same, it's frustrating, for example, i signed up for a life insurance policy and the premium rate was at 210 pounds or below, my blood work was excellent, blood pressure, physical, they even had me do a stress test, and i blew it out of the water, and they wouldn't give me the reduced rate because i was over 210. frustrating. so when i saw the title of that, "real fast fat loss", i thought, hey, that's what i want. but i thought i'd better run it by the more experienced folk around here first. and yes, i do take breaks between programs, and if i feel really worn out or sore or something, i'll take an extra day off between days even.

i don't know, sorry for the long post to a simple question, just got to ranting and couldn't stop myself
so the better bet would be to go with hypertrophy one rather then this real fast fat loss program then? cause i don't want to get any bigger (arms and thighs have grown an inch each, chest about 3 inches, lost most of my inches over my waist and hips, don't remember exact number right now, but about 10 total)i eat clean almost all of the time, usually have a cheat meal over weekends, i know that last week was bad going to see my family, but that only happens once every few months, and prior to that, i was clean for three months. and i eat usually 6 meals a day, three meals (break, lunch dinner)about 400 cal, the other three (snacks) about 300, so around 2000 cal a day, that's what my calorie calculator said i should be getting.
