Question

currently i am trying to switch up my workout since it seems to be beneficial to do so every so often. i am having a few questions however.

workout schedule:

monday - chest/tri's
tuesday - shoulders/traps
wednesday - back/bi's
thursday - off
friday - legs
saturday - chest/tri's
sunday - off

i would then repeat the same days but i rotate excercises......the next week will look like this....

m - shoulders/traps
tu - back/bi's
wed - legs
th - off
fri - chest/tri's
sat - shoulders/traps

i would continue to do this pattern....

QUESTIONS:

1. should i split up my shoulder/traps from my back/bi's

2. am i getting an adequate amount of rest (each body part only done 1x a week.....2x a week every 4 weeks)

3. what are some good alternate excercises for each muscle group....chest, tri's, shoulders, traps, back, bi's, legs
