The old carcass is feeling great; doubling up on exercise yesterday didn't bother me - no soreness at all. I had planned to take a full rest day, but that didn't happen.

Exercise - 5 miles canoeing, including about 1.5 miles HIIT
Today: Full rest day. We'll be driving to Chapel Hill late this afternoon for Mrs. Egham's appointment with the ear specialist tomorrow morning.
