You misunderstand... unless it read "healthy." There's nothing inherently healthy about vegan food. Vegan = no animal products... so instead of a 70 calorie egg it's 100 calories of applesauce ... instead of butter it's oil or (sometimes) shortening...
Organic, natural, vegan... nothing specificly about any of that is what we'd consider necesarily clean and healthy. It's just greener than the ones from the keebler elves.
One nice thing... rarely will you find HFCS... so if you DO want to indulge... it's a nice way to without anything worse than simple cane sugar.
Whole foods has some awesome whole wheat cookies....
