The thorn this morning - walking out of the house without my oatmeal. But that's my own fault for not sticking it with the rest of my food.
So I did buy oatmeal this morning at the place in the basement where I work.
Last night I decided to see how many girly pushups I could crank out in 2 minutes - 26 girly pushups. I died the first time after 17. Cranked out another 5 and then cranked out 4 more.
Weighed this morning since its the start of the challenge. Officially back down to 254.2 after climbing up to 257.2. Some of that might have been bloat but some of that was not cranking down on my
diet hard enough and grabbing stuff on the run. Soooo no eating out is definitely in the plan for me.
