New to all this
Decided today that i'm going to start training for a tri but have to find one yet.
I swam during high school and used to bike a bit but the running is pretty new.
Planning on starting with low intensity and try to increase volume over a few weeks before upping intensity.
Had a very quick look at a site linked in another thread and seems the baseline before beginning a tri based program is 30min run, 30min swim and 40min bike.
This might take a few weeks as I'm very new to all this.
Going to get a bike early next year after moving so for now its going to be stationary bikes.
Any tips or things that the vets wish they knew when they started would be great.
