Thanks to who ever reserected this thread, I had forgotten about this workout and the timing was perfect to try it again during my de-load week.

Having read my previous post its good to see I have progressed a heap since then. I smashed this workout last night (especially upperbody)
the Hindu Squats still hurt like hell and the bootstrappers were very tough
but I got through it and could still walk (the stairs werent fun though)
Good Fun..

Pushups, i made it up the pyramid, just and had to come down on my knees most of the way
Tricep pushups, i squeezed out 10 on my knees

Pullups were pretty good, struggled on the last 2 sets

Dips, which i usually feel confident doing was a struggle, sets of 8,6,4,4

Hindu Squats were hard especially the last set
but i got through them just

Bootstrappers, i wanted to cry at about this point
and only did 4 sets of 12
and then to attempt 4 sets of 20 Lunges my legs were about to explode (managed 4x16)

the abs section was a real struggle and i fumbled my way through, probably not with the greatest of form

anyway, it was good fun and i look forward to trying again wednesday night (if i can walk by then)
