Thanks for the replies guys. I actually like leg curls and have found them useful--when done correctly.
But lately I was just cruising thru some of my favorite workout books (NROL, STB, etc.) and a few favorite T-Nation workout articles and noticed the near universal condemnation for leg curls (non-functional, etc. ect.).
I was interested in hearing Chad's point of view as to why he finds them useful. Even if Chad doesn't get round to answering this, it's great to hear your reasons. thanks for the replies.
