a couple of thoughts.
1)Leg curls will make your hammies grow, which will make you stronger on the "big lifts":squats, deads, ect.
2)If you don't like them, you can sub them out for something like pullthrus, GHRs, back extensions. TBT is just a template, you choose the exercises.
