Leigh,
Thanks for taking a stab at it. It's definitely not a typical impingement. I've had three surgeries on that shoulder already, but all over 10 years ago. My GH head is is very rotated, scap is very unstable.

Overhead movements are generally off limits to me. External rotation is nill. I can reach up above my head, but I don't ever do weighted overhead exercises.

Both my shoulders are a mess, and always have been, but this pain is new, which is why it bothers me.
