Didn't pay attention to my log. This was supposed to be 212.5. Guess I'm trying 225 on workout A8. Got the reps in on inclines.

That's nice progress on the pullups. The presses were tough, probably because I did all the reps on the inclines.

Nasty Spasm after the second set. Those are MUCH tougher than crunches.
Adjustments?
All the pushing movements stay the same. They didn't go great. Nice progress on the pullups and rows.
Big plus is that my shoulder behaved today.
