). I can tell my left (uninjured) leg is compensating somewhat just from the different in fatigue levels, so I worked on form after effort. Again, I was scared beyond belief, but I pushed a little more today, and when I started to feel a tiny pull (could've been fatigue, I dunno), I switched from effort to form. It felt oddly good, and I have to say that all this time off from running has really helped my calves recover. Two more days on my own before another checkup. Just gotta try to be cautious yet fearless.
