I need you to go out and buy a stovetop smoker. I personally recommend the Emeril Cast Iron one. It comes with chips and everything.

I didn't really love fish...till now.
I was kind of burnt on chicken...till now.
My lean ground burgers were good...but now amazing.

No condiments.
No oil.
Hell I could take away the pinch of Kosher salt.
Just the best damn tasting food without seasonings I have ever had.

One of my clients was this close to decapitating me during face pull...until now.

Smoker.
Go get one.
