True enough. I did some 50yd pick-ups/cruise "sprints" yesterday (30yd job, 20yd "sprint," which was actually about 50% max intensity) and felt okay. Today, I scared myself by getting to about 70% max on some 30yd "sprints" in the parking lot after my workout today. I just kept waiting for the pop again, which never came, but I didn't want to push it to that point. I thought I felt a tiny tiny tweak at one point, but that easily could've been my mind playing tricks on me. Oh well, progress continues.
