Knees were bothering me today. Did 5x/side walking lunge, and did the side lunges as a static stretch.

Kept this the same. Tried the close-grip sub with 40lb-ers, but that wasn't happening. Decided to drop High Pulls a bit because I wasn't happy with my technique late in my sets last time.

With low reps every two weeks, it's a safe bet I'll be looking for ways to up the intensity on at least the first movement, possibly in two weeks, but Definitely in four.
I'm SERIOUSLY Tempted to start doing Stupid Pullup Tricks, BUT I don't want to mess with Alwyn's program too much. Maybe later when I'm doing Strength workouts (Coming soon to a September near you).
