oh, and just got home from FLI-A and omg do I ache all over. How often should I do the complexes if I am putting them in place of HIIT? I was thinking only 1-2x a week, combined with my 3x/wk workout. I am also planning to work some HIIT in with the complex (ex. one week I will do HIIT instead of the complex) to keep it mixed up and interesting.
