I just want to make sure I am clear though I am pretty sure I got it figured out. So what I will be doing is:
1. Deadlift x1
2. Romanian Deadlift x1
3. Bent Over Row x1
4. Cleans x1
5. Front Squat x1
6. Push Press x1
7. Back Squat x1
8. Good Morning x1
Repeat 5x correct?
So basically each move flows into the next for the entire circuit then I rest, reset and repeat.
