IMO there is not enough compound movements on your upper body days. I am doing a routine right now that is a 4 day upper/lower body split. Its based on dual factor training and undulating periodization. Here is the outline...
day 1: upper body-strength
day 2: lower body strength
rest
day 4: upper body-hypertrophy
day 5: lower body-hypertrophy
