The Stick and I, and my forearm
The stick arrived via UPS today for soft tissue work. I plan on watching the video before using it heavily. Is it OK to do a few chin/pull ups on the way, or should I entirely quit until my fore arm feels better. Plus any advice on technique will be well accepted. I have high hopes of being able to do lots of chin ups and many pull ups. The ones I did during the NROL Strength workouts were fun, but put forearms out of commission.
