Default Exercising While going through Chemo

I was diagnosed with Cancer on the back of the tounge, Radiation 6 weeks 5 days a week and Chemo 10 weeks once a week, I want to try to keep my energy levels as high as possible. I will have to start using a Feeding tube at some point because the radiation will fry my throat about 3 weeks into it. Is it possible to keep my energy levels high at this point or am I in denial and I won't be able to lift a finger? Has anyone went through this before.
