Default Arched Back Pain

I pulled my back twice in the past year. Now whenever I arch my back excessively I feel pain in the area right above my waistline in my lower back. An example of an exercise in which it begins to hurt is close grip cable pulldowns. When I am pulling the weight down if I arch my back too much I feel the pain. What muscle is the problem here? Are there specific movements to address this? I have used maginificent mobility but am wondering if there is anything else on point for this type of injury.
