Comments:
-this was good. Getting stronger and everything is going up. Supersets worked out pretty well for this one.
-I did a split squat instead of a lunge b.c the lunge didn't hit my quads at all.
-not sure if I'll get to exercise tomorrow, I have AP US on friday and I have to do some stuff tomorrow.
