On the rare occasions when I buy junk food, I feel guilty. Like I'm sending a message to obese people that the crap obviously isn't the problem. After all, I'm eating it and I'm not fat, right? I kinda hide it, like it's embarrassing.
Reminds me of my fat days, when I'd buy two sodas so it looked like I wasn't eating all that fast food by myself.
