Hi Everyone,

Sorry I didn't respond to this post sooner, JP even sent me an IM that I didn't get for about a month (I go through periods of not logging on.)
Anyway, I took about two weeks off back in February and the pain totally went away. I got back to my workout and did some light deads and BANG, it's back. I haven't done any deads since, but I have also noticed that the pain comes when doing squats and back extensions. it's still felt mostly in the left, and can now be felt in my hamstring in addition to the above.

Should I go back to my doctor? I don't want to end up in physical therapy, I have no idea where I am going to find the time and money for it. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Adam

How is your anterior hip tightness? Hamstring tightness?
