Good points James. I had a subscription to MH for over a year before I figured out I was not going to lose any weight by religiously reading each months edition. Getting started is always the hard part. Breaking the bad habits and learning new healthy ones seem like such a big step. When actually all you need to do is get out there and start changing something, anything for the better. And with a little investment of time, some consistency and dedication those positve changes start paying some dividends. When folks start seeing results and start feeling better hopefully that is enough to keep them on track. I know it has been for me.
