Default Get Moving...

Sometimes I wonder how many people read this forum (and I am not just talking about Livin' Large here - I am talking about all of the JPFitness forums) but don't train (work out) and don't follow anything that might resemble a reasonably healthy diet. I am not necessarily even talking about those people who don't like to lift weights or those that don't "need" to follow any particular diet.

I am talking about the person who NEEDS to be exercising who NEEDS to be following a diet plan...but AREN'T.

I am talking to YOU now. I know you are here. I see you everyday. You are our Guest here at JPFitness and we want you to be involved. Perhaps you don't feel that you can lift weights. Either you don't know how or you are embarrassed. Maybe you don't have access to them or something. I don't care what the reason is... speak up.

So you don't follow a diet? Every diet you have ever tried has failed? You know you need to lose weight but nothing seems to be working. That crash diet you're going to try next...guess what, it won't work either.
Why won't it work? Because it is likely designed to give you just enough rope to hang yourself with...just enough information to get some results, but not enough to last... There are some exceptions to this though. There are good books out there? Do you know which ones they are? WE DO!

Browsing a fitness forum will not make you fit and it will not make you healthy. Can you imagine how many lbs I could have lost with the click of my mouse? Unbelievable. The reality is this: The knowledged contained on these forums can translate into results if and only if you APPLY IT.

So my challenge today. GET UP. GET MOVING. Walk for a few minutes. If you are one of those people who insists that I provide you with a number...the magic number is 10. 10 minutes folks. When you are done. Come back, post an introduction message and let's get to work.
