Crap. I forgot to add that I had a beer last night.

Breakfast:
Chicken breast. Half a muffin.
Coffee with creamer

Feeling good today. Not at all full from dinner last night.

Snack
12 oz protein shake

Lunch
12 inch double stacked subway turkey sammich – 666 calories

Snack
12 oz protein shake
Granny apple with PB
1 serv powerade
1 chunk of break
1 handful of almonds

Dinner
Chicken with peppers and onions
Quinoa

Exercise:
Lower body physical therapy at PT office. Legs were torched from running yesterday and PT today.
Planned to go to the gym but decided to give my body a rest.
