Exercise:
planning to lift at the gym and try out my knee on the treadmill for 20 minutes
Diet:
Breakfast
Chicken breast and cup oatmeal with cup skim
Note: was still hungry after an hour so I added 210 calories of sun chips from vending machine, this removed the haziness I was feeling and improved my mood. According to calorie web site chicken and oatsd were only 400 calories
