Excercise:
45 minutes light exercise and stretching with Physical therapist for knee
Diet:
Breakfast:
Cup oats with cup skim
4 eggs
snack
8oz protein shake
lunch
bottle powerade across the afternoon
turkey samich
snack
8oz protein shake
granny smith with natural Peanut Butter
Dinner
a half "Spit Roasted Italian Chicken" Note: was moist but not greasy
2 large bowls of dry salad - no oil, bleu cheese dressing dipped onto fork
mostly lettuce with some onions and very few olives.
Espresso with splenda
Notes: Dinner companions ordered a huge Bread Pudding dessert that I didn't touch.
