NSCA-CPT
Hi-
I was wondering if you guys could give me any advice on how I should go about studying for the NSCA-CPT exam. I have a BA in exercise science and was wondering if I need to buy all the materials needed to study. I just ordered the practice test because I want to see how much I will need to study. However, I was wondering if anyone here can tell me how difficult the exam is, and if I need to buy all the other study materials besides the Essentials of personal training textbook. I will also be getting my CSCS eventually, but I needed to sign up for a CPT exam to start working at a gym. So far I have bought a practice exam and the textbook. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
