Gotcha. Yeah, I keep going to the gym to do upper-body stuff, then at the end, I'll go play around to see what I can do with the leg, letting any tightness or pain dictate ROM. I'll probably be fighting to hold back than to push. In the meantime, all this down time is starting to wear on the rest of me. I'm not sleeping well, not thinking clearly, and therefore am really in a blah state of mind, and it's gotten worse as the past week has progressed because, regardless of physical improvement, I'm still "broken" in a sense and can't resume normal activity. At least I see the doc in two hours, so hopefully that'll give me some solid answers and a timetable.
