I wasn't sure if this question was for the training or nutrution area so I just threw it in here.
I have recently been working with some female clients who have been happy with their body fat losses but unhappy with their cup size losses. I realize, (dispite what some of the topical fat loss gels would like us to believe) that you can't choose where you lose BF from. However, I thought there might be some type of training or diet modification that claims to spare the cup size durring leaning. I haven't encountered any articles about this topic and I know it's a long shot because at the end of the day they are just fat tissue, but I figured I would toss it out to all of you.
