I maxed on bench a couple weeks back before starting S1. I took maybe 30 minutes.
Started with the bar then 135, 185, 225, 250, 275 (max).

I increase by weight plates, not by special increments and I rest until I feel I am ready to take on the next level. Never rested more than 3 minutes though. Except on the last one when I had to wait on my spotter to be ready.
