He did perform a couple of manipulations and today I didn't feel better, actually the pain has gone from an "annoying" pain to a "twingy/crampy" pain in that area (bet it doesn't help that I have to walk/stand for 8 hrs/day).
I think he ART'ed the lower back muscle groups by having me prone and using the lower part of the bench and doing a lever/see-saw motion, while pressing on my L-1 thru L-5's, and then moved the bench left-to-right to stretch those tight muscles, and as far as the state of my psoas, lumbar paraspinals, lats and pelvic alignmnet goes...I have no idea.
Is it something the doctor should have diagnosed by now?
I genuinely think the doc is really trying to help and not trying to string me along, since from day one his goal was to see me no more than 4 times and atleast significanlty reduce or eliminate the pain. If nothing is helping we'll get x-rays.
It's all very depressing, I have not set foot in the gym for 8 weeks now, and don't even get me started on how I've let go of my nutrition
