Hi

Im 18 and wish to tone myself up a bit in the next 5 weeks. I'm quite skinny, and don't have access to a gym.

What sort of exercises/routines can i do to help tone myself up a bit?

I guess itll be along the lines of doing a lot of sit ups and press ups?
