I have not been diagnosed with a hyperiordic curve, but the doctor did say that I have strained muscle in my lower back (around L-2 and L-3) and that it is lifetime for me. He did some ART work and and electrical stimulation (and felt no difference w/e-stim) along with teaching me a few supine lower back streches to do daily to control the pain and tightness. My personal assumption is to strenghthen the posterior chain, core and ab muscles, but that's just me.
