Hey man, you got 'er done. Calf cramps are the freaking worst, I hate them. I got them when I was doing a tri in Australia, and they didn't go away. 8 mile run, I cramped up at mile 4 and they just stayed cramped the rest of the race. I was hydrated, so the 96+ temps must have done it. Was it hot, did you get really dehydrated?

And better yet, did you still go have a celebratory beer/meal? That's a great finish to a race day.

Congrats on gutting it out, doesn't sound like it was a mental gem.
