I have a few little areas that I'd like to look better. Is there really a maintenance out there? I guess that's what I'm trying to rassle with right now -- figuring out where I am and where I'm going or even really want to go.
This is it ultimately ... if you are happy with where you are, then workout for fun (ie keep it as intense as you feel comfortable with) and keep your nutrition sensible ... if you want to train for something (ie a triathalon, a 5K, a strongwoman comp, whatever) then set your goals for that. It is hard when your goals for so long have been physique-related and now that you are where you want to be physique-wise, what do you do?
