I found the Break In programs to be very taxing, but once I adapted and moved into the fat loss programs, it became much easier to recover. I am one of those people who loves structure and can do the same thing over and over without getting too bored. Right now I'm actually shopping for a new program and am considering either TT or one of Waterbury's programs. Not sure yet. One thing I find about NROL though, it's very hard to do if you aren't eating enough!
