New Rules of Lifting

Strength I: Workout C-4 4/5/07

Deadlifts (Up to 180 sec rest)
Warm-up: 135x6, 185x4
Straight Sets: 205x6 +10 lbs, 265x1 +20 lbs, 215x6 +10 lbs, 275x1 +10 lbs, 135x12, 95x20

Superset (90 sec)
Romanian Deadlifts: 140x[10, 10, 10] +5 lbs
Static Lunge: 105x[10, 10, 10]

Good Mornings: 90x[10, 10] +10 lbs

Incline Reverse Crunch: BWx[10, 10]

Notes:
  • 275x1 = DL PR
  • This workout made up for my previous gym time.
  • I've got 1 more workout to do in Strength 1 and I'm not sure what to do next. I've got 4 weeks until I run the Indy Mini-Marathon and I'm thinking about doing some sort of maintenance work and picking back up with NROL in May. If anyone has any suggestions, I am all ears...
