I drink these, too. Just no milk and more protein powder.
What's the key to the best banana shake? Peel the bananas and freeze them in a bag. This way you don't need ice.
1 small banana, frozen and cutup into chunks
1 cup low fat milk
10g worth of vanilla protein powder
water to thin, if necessary
Blend in a blender.
