No, there is not any pain when I try that, but my co-workers think I went crazy
Also, not sure if it makes any difference but I am 5'10" 250lbs with unusally strong legs right now without doing any training I can still leg press over 700lbs and I can do a standing 1 legged calf raise of my own body weight about 20 times without tiring. I had a job where I stood on 1 leg for a while on a legde (instead of getting in and out the machine) for 20+ minutes a while back
